The Springville City Council hereby gives notice of a PUBLIC HEARING scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on July 6, 2010. The purpose of the hearing is to take comment on a proposal to reopen and adjust the budget for fiscal year 2010-2011 for expenses related to the 400 East Improvement Project. Springville City Police Department is currently in possession of unclaimed property held in excess of 90 days, for which ownership is undetermined or we have not been able to contact the owner or finder.  This was property seized as evidence and is no longer needed, safekeep property being held for the owner, and found property where the owner is unknown.  Property consists of bicycles, electronics, personal effects, tools, sporting goods,  jewelry, etc. Pursuant to Title 77, Chapters 24 and 24a, Utah Code Annotated, 1953 as amended, if the above described property is not claimed within 9 days of this notice it will either be sold at auction, disposed of, or converted to City use.  If you believe the City has property belonging to you, contact: Springville Police Department, Evidence Technician, 110 South Main, Springville, UT 84663; ph.: 801-489-9421.

The Springville City Council hereby gives notice that Ordinance #01-2010 was adopted at their Regular Meeting held at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2010 in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville, Utah. The ordinance authorizes street legal all-terrain vehicles, except Type I vehicles, and certain off-highway vehicles used for snow removal to be driven on designated Springville City streets.
