What: Phase One Road Reconstruction
Road Reconstruction of 400 East From 1500 South to 400 South.
Work Includes: Storm Drain, Curb and Gutter, some areas of Sidewalk, Modifying sidewalk ramps in some intersections to make them wheelchair accessible, reconstructing the road.
