The Autopay Program will make paying your utility bill easy, convenient and will save you time and money by:
- Eliminating the need to write a check each month.
- Saving postage costs
- Avoiding the need to make a special trip to the post office or the City office to pay your bill.
- Making sure payments will be paid on time, no more late fees!
Now you can have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month.
Enrollment Is Simple
To enroll for Autopay, simply complete the authorization agreement, print it, read it, sign it; and return it along with a voided check or deposit slip to:

Process
- The Autopay service is provided as a convenience for you; your participation is voluntary and can be terminated upon your request. Just notify Springville City Utility Office in writing that it is to be terminated, and give us a reasonable opportunity to act on the request.
- We will continue to read your meter and send you a bill detailing the charges and showing the amount due to be automatically withdrawn from your account.
- For your convenience, the payment is deducted approximately 15 days after your utility bill has been mailed.
- Should you have any questions regarding Autopay service, you may call 489-2706.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers may terminate this agreement for any reason whatsoever by giving to Springville City Corporation written notice of the agreement’s termination.
- If customer changes banks or bank accounts and wants to continue using the Autopay program, the customer must sign a new authorization agreement.
- Customers will pay a return-item fee as specified by the City for any automatic debit entry that is returned to Springville City Corporation for insufficient funds.
